This booking page will allow you to select a Pharmacy near you and get a voucher code. Please enter your postcode in Step 2 to search for Pharmacies near you.

This voucher can be redeemed on the selected Pharmacies website to make a booking. Please ensure you attend your booking as your Organisation will be charged once you have made an appointment.

You did not use your UNIMELB or affiliated email address
You may not meet the eligibility criteria (please check our webpage for details)

If you are not eligible for this program, you can still seek a vaccination through local pharmacies, your doctor, or the University Health Service.

You have not used your 'Monash' email
If you wish to, you have the option to book an appointment with your local GP or Pharmacy to have the influenza vaccination, or you can book with the Monash University Health Services (UHS) to receive the vaccination. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of the vaccination.
